Team Green IP have just returned from the United States after a successful installation in Sanford, North Carolina.
We have provided UC solutions to leading toner giants, Static Control Components www.scc-inc.com in the UK for several years now, giving them a fantastic, cost effective solution marrying Microsoft Teams and our voice platform together to be able to place and receive calls through Teams, using their work number on PC or mobile, allowing staff to WorkAnywhere.
Their global HQ is in Sanford, which is a large office premises and warehouse.
They have a mixture of users using Teams, as well as some IP handsets, and we are delighted to now manage their whole communication solution for the business globally.
We also provided training and demo's of our analytics solution, powered by Akixi, which gives managers the power to have a fantastic view of live and historic data of the call centre team.
As a Green company, where possible we can deploy remotely to avoid unnecessary travel however this install required on site attendance.
However, the good news is, all our forecasted travel for the year is incorporated into our carbon offset plan for the year, and working with our partner ClimatePartner, this has trip has been taken into consideration and offset accordingly, with our offset project being the expansion of renewable energy generation in Asia. We also choose to stay in 'TravelSustainable' hotels.
