Synch E Bikes are leading the way in urban transport, building and distributing electric bikes across the UK and internationally.
They were looking for a Unified Communications provider that shared the same ethos around being as sustainable as possible to protect our planet. Green IP has delivered the next generation unified communications solution to Sync based on Webex from Cisco.
Previously, all calls were forwarded to a single mobile device, and customers of Synch were not given the opportunity to speak to their required department, e.g Sales, Service, Admin.
The feedback from Sync and their customers has been amazing and the customer journey into Sync has been significantly improved.
The requirement was to improve the Sync business process and with a work anywhere solution which inlcuded the latest wireless desk phones and the use of Cisco's Webex, the team at Synch's mobile devices ring as well as the desk phones meaning if the service team are working 'on the tools' in the workshop , they can easily make and receive calls from valued customers, without having to leave the workshop and go into the office.
In addition they have selected our call recording solution from Dubber and we have enabled 30 Day Call Recording, meaning the team can go back, save and listen to relevant calls to improve service levels.
